Kako poboljšati stil rukovođenja otkriva program Mini MBA – Executive leadership

Executive leadership je sposobnost onih koji upravljaju zaposlenicima da utječu i usmjeravaju pojedincima u organizaciji. Trodnevni program u organizaciji Mirakul Edukacijskog centra omogućava svim sudionicima razmjenu mišljenja i iskustava s vrhunskim liderima regije, kao i s kolegama koji posjeduju različita poslovna iskustva. Executive leadership će vas osposobiti za izgradnju efektivnih timova, rješavanja strateških problema te će potaknuti promjenu kako u vama tako i u vašoj organizaciji. Stavljen je fokus na osobni razvoj i vodstvo kao ključni dio programa, a sve u svrhu kako bi poboljšali svoj stil rukovođenja. Program se održava na engleskom jeziku.

Mini MBA – Executive leadership is three day education program that provides attendees with the opportunity to freely and openly exchange views and experiences with eminent leaders from the region as well as peers from backgrounds different than their own.

Executive Leadership will empower you to build and motivate effective teams, resolve strategic problems, and drive change in yourself and your organization.
